Hey everyone! How were your weekends?

Mine was relaxing, just so so relaxing. On Friday I was scrambling to get in all these summer internship applications on time, and I was feeling incredibly ruffled because the past week has been a little work and essay-writing intensive. But after submitting my last cover letter I said goodbye to work and hello to sleep, Nip/Tuck and some very good food. A friend from Princeton visited, I watched some kick-ass squash-playing, downed a couple cappuccino crunch milkshakes, met a couple friends for Indian, another for Sunday bagel brunch, planned a classy soirée with my roommate and quite distinctly did not watch Beyonce's Superbowl half-time show.

Don't get me wrong. I'm sure it was amazing. Like, epic amazing.

But anyway, I was finally able to sort through all the stuff I saved on pocket--all the links I've clicked through the past few months that I just wanted to save for later. And now later's finally come! Here are a few favorites:

These truth graphs are horribly and hilariously accurate. These would be legit data for a research paper, right?

I really enjoyed this guide to building a college wardrobe. The staples really do change in a matter of a couple years!

Writing good thank you notes, and writing good professional thank you notes. For some reason I see my the art of the thank you note slipping away from my generation. It makes me a little sad.

Sometimes it's just healthier to say no! Sarah von Bargen's post about standards and boundaries has made me start to think about the things I really don't like tolerating. And maybe I should be a bit more firm about eliminating them from my life...

amen, amen, amen! Charlotte's "Thoughts on Blogging" series is a favorite of mine.

Emily's Lipstick Guide had me running to the Rite Aid cosmetic section. Still looking for that perfect coral. Also trying to work myself up to give oxblood a try--it looks beautiful, but I just don't know if I can pull it off without looking like I'm trying too hard.

mini journals! definitely want to try to make these!
